We pray

ALL   THE   TIME!  

Our vibrant team of prayer warriors will gladly lift up your needs and requests to God, praying in Jesus' name for His will to be done in and through us.  

To submit your specific prayer request to the team, just text the word, "pray" (without the quotes) to 804.575.5777 and a link to a prayer form will be sent to you.  

WEDNESDAYs at 7:00PM

We gather in the new worship center to share prayer concerns to be lifted up to God's care.  Then, Pastor Scott Adamsons leads us in a short Bible lesson followed by discussion.  Please join in anytime!

Jesus taught us to pray in Matthew, Chapter 6, beginning in verse 9:

⁹ “This, then, is how you should pray:

“‘Our Father in heaven, hallowed be your name,
¹⁰ your kingdom come, your will be done,
    on earth as it is in heaven.
¹¹ Give us today our daily bread.
¹² And forgive us our debts,
    as we also have forgiven our debtors.
¹³ And lead us not into temptation,
    but deliver us from the evil one."

From here, you should tell your Father how you're feeling and quietly wait upon His response.  Then continue with scripture as a closing of your prayer session:

"For Thine is the Kingdom, the Power and the Glory forever and ever.  Amen."
